If you lived in or been to Kowloon in the late 20th century, you'll recognize Tsang Tsou-choi's graffiti and tags. Believing that his family was deeded most of urban Kowloon, the late Tsang started an obsessive project of outlining his genealogy in tags and purported land rights on public facilities throughout the peninsula, on anything from lamp posts to electric utility boxes. A number of the self-titled "King of Kowloon's" works are on display in this exhibit.
